Shipping - Return Methods

• • The goods are sent at the recipient’s expense, all over Greece and are delivered on the sidewalk. Alternatively, you can send to our headquarters the transport company or the courier company of your choice at your own expense, to pick up the goods, if you have previously paid for them.
  • Your order is sent from our headquarters the next working day from the day you placed your order. Orders within Athens, Thessaloniki and Piraeus are delivered free of charge for invoices over 50€. Otherwise, you undertake how to receive them from our headquarters.
  • The goods are not placed on deposit and therefore changes and returns are not accepted (excluding defective goods which are changed, within 10 days of receipt, and only if our company is informed in writing about the problem). The machines are non-refundable, if they are damaged under warranty, they are repaired free of charge (out of warranty you will bear the cost of repair).
  • In case you want to make a return, you must fill in the return form and send it together with the Delivery Note. The return must be made, with the company that received the goods, at our headquarters.
  • If the customer does not receive the ordered goods, 3ME Sign Ltd reserves the right for claiming compensation (payment of the invoice, packaging cost, shipping and returning costs).
  • The goods always travel on behalf of and at the risk of the consignee and their delivery to the component transport office is considered a delivery at its headquarters.
  • The customer is obliged at the time of reception to unpack and check the products in order to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in case they exist is entitled to refuse the receipt of the product and return it to the distributor, otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt, while in case of expiration of this deadline he/she loses all the relevant rights and it is considered that the aesthetic defect was caused after the delivery. In case of timely declaration, the company is obliged in a short time to replace this product with another, without external defect. In case of unconditional receipt of the product, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.
